The house is located in Snogebæk, 5 km south of Nexø. Close to Balka Strand and Snogebæk harbor, where there is plenty of holiday atmosphere, bathing from the pier, shops, restaurants and live music.

Enjoy the lovely secluded garden, which offers a good opportunity to play games, jump on the trampoline, or relax in the hammock in the shade under the apple trees.
Enjoying outdoor life?
There are several cozy sunny corners either on the terrace in the garden or in the yard, There is usually always sun and shelter somewhere. There is a fire pit, bon-fire set with grate and pot, so if you are for outdoor fun, there is plenty of opportunity for this. Of course, there is also regular weber charcoal grill in the house.

A cozy and charming house with 5 rooms, lovely garden and cozy outdoor environment in beautiful Snogebæk. The house is 172 m2 on two floors with beds for 12 people.
Free access to the sauna on the pier for house guests.
Morning terrace with sun facing the garden and sun and shelter in the courtyard and nook with table and bench set, heat lamp and darts for late evenings.
There are 5 rooms with good beds + large living room and plenty of space for two families. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, restroom with shower, toilet and 2 rooms.
On the 1st floor you’ll find the television on the repos, as well as 3 rooms. In total there are 5 bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. (note: steep stairs to the 1st floor)
